I’m torn between two places for rhinoplasty. I’m now 50 ㅠ My nose is getting shorter and less attractive, so I wondered if I should just live like this, but ㅠㅠ I really want to have a pretty nose! It’s a revision of a revision of a revision surgery. One place uses septal cartilage and ear cartilage (fortunately, the cartilage is still viable). The other place uses donated costal cartilage. Which one should I choose? Please help

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
