I’m torn between two places for rhinoplasty. I’m now 50 My nose is getting shorter and less attractive, so I wondered if I should just live like this, but I really want to have a pretty nose! It’s a revision of a revision of a revision surgery. One place uses septal cartilage and ear cartilage (fortunately, the cartilage is still viable). The other place uses donated costal cartilage. Which one should I choose? Please help
