I have a short nose, but they said my nasal septum is larger than other people's. They recommended using ear cartilage and nasal septal cartilage. The consultation lasted about an hour, and they even drew pictures on a pad while explaining everything very intensely, so my trust kind of went up,, 2. ㅂㄷㄴ (formerly ㅋㄴㅍ) They are an ENT specialist, and they caught that my nose is slightly deviated to the right, which I hadn't heard anywhere else,, I was kind of like, oh..? at that point, but looking at other reviews, people were saying that cosmetic surgery should be done at a plastic surgery clinic,, Here too, they showed before-and-after photos of other nose surgeries and explained only the key information? briefly,, I hadn't heard anywhere else that it was deviated, but since they caught it, I wonder if they're more skilled, so I'm conflicted,, Here they said they would use ear cartilage + nasal septal cartilage, and because the midsection of my nose has a slightly thick feel, they suggested making an incision and trimming it down. 3. ㅈㅇㅈㅇ I had a consultation with Director ㄱㄷㅈ, and they didn't even take a CT here. The director's surgery that day was delayed, so I think I waited about an hour,, The actual total consultation time seemed like less than 10 minutes. Both the consultant and the director just felt like they were explaining things really roughly,,? Here they suggested using donated rib cartilage, and said that my nose is short and upturned <- this is also something I've never heard in my life. When I asked whether donated rib cartilage was absolutely necessary, they said that with a short nose, the nasal septum is usually small, and to raise the nose, they need to use a larger piece of cartilage, so donated rib cartilage is needed. That's how my consultations went, and I want to get rhinoplasty within this month, but I'm so torn,, I'm especially drawn to ㄴㅇㄷ, but there are only good reviews, so it actually makes me more suspicious Is there anyone here who had it done there..?
