The director explained well while drawing pictures, and said they would do total removal, but might preserve the columella and nasal septum. They said there was a slight tendency toward contracture, and even if everything is removed and the capsule is removed, the nose may not come down, so they might harvest auricular cartilage and do a rotation graft. The director seemed confident and experienced. The facilities felt a little older compared with other clinics.
