Hello I had nose surgery in 2011. My nose was low and blunt, so after only thinking about it for years, I eventually got surgery. At that time, there wasn't much information, so I went to a hospital a friend recommended. Actually, the surgery turned out naturally and well, so I have lived happily until now. But... starting about a month ago, the tip of my nose became a little red and started throbbing. As soon as that happened, I went to the hospital where I had the surgery and asked, and they said it was because my skin had become thinner. They said it wasn't any particular serious problem. So they gave me Bactroban and told me to apply it. After applying it for a few weeks, it seemed to get better, but these days it is throbbing again along with a pulling feeling in my philtrum. So I started wanting to remove all the implants. I am really scared whether my original shape will come back or not if I remove everything. I have also heard a lot from people around me that the nose can become very upturned after removal, so I am really scared. For reference, I had surgery with 4 mm Gore-Tex and ear cartilage. It has already been 1 week now, and I cannot sleep or eat properly, so I have lost 2 kg What should I do? I am so scared it might be inflammation. If inflammation develops, does the nose become 100% upturned after removal??
