My breasts were sagging after breastfeeding. Before surgery, I went to 4 places for consultations, and they said I did not need correction and that augmentation alone would be fine. At one of those places, I had 260 round implants through a transaxillary incision. Right now the upper fullness is way too severe, and my original breasts are still sagging, so my breasts look longerㅜㅜ I wonder if they positioned them too high. Since it is day 15, the hospital said not to worry because they will come down, and they wrapped me tightly with a compression bandage, but my right breast was throbbing and felt hot, like it had a fever. After 3 days, I removed it and lifted my arm to look at the wound, and on the right side, the implant was not round but was bulging out like a lump. The hospital says it is because it got folded and that it will smooth out, so I should not worry and just wait, but I am so worried and wondering if it really will come down.. if it really will smooth out. Please let me know, anyone with experience..ㅜ
