That area is just round, and the biggest issue is that the boundary is gone... There is no boundary between the nostrils and the nasal dorsum. I had septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage removal + cartilage release, and I didn't know the hospital that did the surgery had even used donated costal cartilage. When I look at reviews, usually many people return to their original shape, so why am I like this? I also had cartilage release, but if I have surgery again and only do cartilage binding, will it be okay?
