Honest Review of Facial Contouring Injections

I was stressed about my facial line, so I went to a place famous for facial contouring injections. I had tried Botox before, but this was my first time getting facial contouring injections! I only had a consultation with the manager and decided to get the version containing steroids (they said they get the steroid-containing one too). They said one session would not be enough, that I would need several sessions to see results, and that I had to pay for multiple sessions to get the discounted price, so I paid for 3 sessions. It was a factory-style clinic, so everything up to the procedure moved really quickly. Half of me liked how fast it was… but I was also a bit scared because I did not even know which doctor performed the procedure. After the procedure, I swelled up a lot, and I thought the more swollen I was, the more effective it would be + I also bruised. But they had already told me that this could happen. But as soon as I got it for the first time, maybe two days later, drug lumping appeared right away. It was worst in two areas: the middle of my cheek and my chin. When I contacted the clinic, they told me to come in for radiofrequency treatment, so I made that long trip again and visited about twice. Even after getting radiofrequency treatment, the lumping did not go away… I was kind of scared, so I massaged it every day and applied heat too, but it had no effect. Sigh, the next appointment date when I was supposed to get another injection came up, so in the end I decided to get a refund. But when they refunded me, since I had received 1 session, they counted that one at the regular price, not the event price, and refunded me that way… haha;; Is it all like this? It was my first time, so I do not know… In conclusion, there was no effect, and the drug lumping is completely gone now after several months have passed, but for a month after getting it, I was shaking with fear because I thought it might stay for life… Maybe it is also because I scare easily ㅜㅜ And because it was a steroid, I had abnormal uterine bleeding (but it was not painful or anything, just felt like I was in bad condition for about a day?) Paying money to experience that kind of fear was truly the worst… I think getting Botox regularly on schedule would be more effective
