I didn’t have a severe complex about my nose, so I thought I could just get nose filler for the rest of my life. So I kept getting filler for about 8 years. Then last year I came across the Hiko nose lift. It didn’t dramatically lift my nasal tip, but even a small change seemed to change my image, so I decided I should get rhinoplasty. I had this expectation like, if Hiko can do this much, wouldn’t rhinoplasty make an even bigger difference? But after going around for consultations, I found out they charge removal fees for Hiko. Around 880,000 won.. lol It became a situation where the side cost was bigger than the main thing.. Anyway, if you’re thinking about rhinoplasty, don’t get Hiko.. You can’t ignore the additional cost
