It’s been over 2 months since I had my nose completely removed, but my nose is still firm, and both upper sides of my nostrils are protruding like hardened callus tissue~ It feels hard when I touch it. Could this be scar tissue? Can it show even on the outer part like this? Both sides are sticking out like big pimplesㅡㅡ Is it possible to remove this? I feel like I’m the only person like thisㅜㅜ
