I was most satisfied with the consultation, and they explained my eyes in detail and thoroughly. I had gone around to several consultations, but this was the first time I received such a detailed explanation. I wanted conservative eye surgery (avoiding canthoplasty and ptosis correction), and they consulted me without pressuring me. What I liked most was that there was no pressure to pay a deposit.. Looking at reviews, opinions seem split in half. Honestly, it is true that the staff are not extremely kind, but they are not openly unfriendly either..? But seeing all the staff wearing pointed heels and walking awkwardly, I figured they must be having a hard time. And what mattered to me was not the consultants but the doctor's consultation, so I did not really care. The wait was more than 1 hour on a weekday afternoon.
