A few years ago, I had nose surgery with silicone and septal cartilage, and my nose became crooked, so I’m planning revision surgery. I want to remove the silicone completely, so while looking into non-implant options, I was recommended to place even a thin layer of donated dermis. I decided to use dermis for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage plus donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip to correct the crooked columella. If anyone here has had surgery like mine, please share your reviewㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
