First, I went to Eight, DM, and Geunal, and my nasal bridge isn’t on the low side, but I have an arrow-shaped nose. 1. Eight I know there are several directors who do nose surgery there, and when I looked at reviews, the feeling seemed a bit different depending on the director. For the consultation, I specifically requested a director with many reviews for the straight-with-slight-curve line that I wanted, and they explained that they could create the straight-with-slight-curve look I wanted without necessarily touching the nasal bridge. Honestly, I was a bit worried, so after the consultation I looked up some reviews of people who had nose surgery without implants from this director, and the before-and-after difference was clearer than I expected, so I thought there was a reason they recommended no implant. For the nasal tip, I was recommended to use both ear cartilage and septal cartilage. 2. DM There was a director who is said to be the head of the eye and nose surgery center, so I had my consultation with that director. Here too, they said a straight-with-slight-curve line would be possible without needing silicone in the nasal bridge, but they recommended using rib cartilage for the nasal tip to hold it a bit more firmly. I honestly hadn’t thought about autologous rib cartilage before going to the consultation, so I said I would think about it. I definitely liked the line. 3. Geunal Here too, there was a director who does both eyes and noses. It seemed like they had done a lot of nose surgeries, and I felt they paid quite a lot of attention to the areas that needed improvement. The design wasn’t bad either, and here they told me to put in silicone. But I had made a reservation and went, yet there was still a wait. I’ll probably end up doing it without silicone, but I’m a bit torn about the nasal tip material..
지지수수 I saw someone who got their eyes done at Geunal, and it really did look natural. Don’t a lot of people go here for noses too?
박휘벌레 They all seem like decent places, so it’s hard to decide..
항정살살이 I got my nose done at Geunal, and I did it without silicone, using donated rib cartilage, alar cartilage, reverse rotation grafting, and nasolabial angle correction together. It came out in the line I wanted, so I’m satisfied. It’s maintaining well too, and they check the progress well, so I do recommend them.
오뜨카지 At Eight, the directors have solid experience and their skills are all pretty good, so they reflect your opinions well~ They tend to be honest without overtreatment, so if it’s possible, it really comes out as the line you wanted haha Think it over carefully and decide.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
