<Before rhinoplasty><After rhinoplasty>I’m someone who hears that my image changed completely after rhinoplasty,, haha Because I had lived my whole life with an ordinary + round nose, I only heard that I looked cute or had dainty features rather than feminine, but the image I wanted was the complete opposite: feminine and sophisticated, so for the rhinoplasty design, I asked Dr. Kim to make it look as sophisticated as possible. But I thought a nose that looked too obviously surgical wouldn’t suit me ㅜㅜ I said I didn’t want it to change too drastically from my current nose, but just wanted to get rid of the rounded feeling. I kind of explained it terribly,, but the doctor understood it perfectly, and I think the design he planned was the key move ㅜㅜ I was also worried about using silicone for the bridge, so I was glad I could have surgery without an implant (using dermis, the bridge was made without a step-off!) For the nasal tip, without using costal cartilage! The tip was lifted using only septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Honestly, because the materials tend to create a very natural look, and because they are mostly autologous tissue, I was worried about whether the tip might droop or be absorbed, but the doctor looked very carefully at the design and nasal materials so that wouldn’t happen, and I think he designed it well, just the way I wanted, so I wouldn’t regret coming to this clinic lol Maybe because excessive materials weren’t used, recovery was really fast too. The after photo is from one month post-op lol It makes me realize again how fast time passes, and on the other hand, I’m hoping this shape and this nasal tip will keep staying like this for years,, I’m so satisfied every time I look in the mirror, and it won’t change, right? lol
