After LASIK surgery when I was 20, my dry eyes became severe from my mid-20s. Now it’s uncomfortable without artificial tears, to the point that it interferes with daily life. I’m currently planning to have incisional double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction. If I have surgery like this, will my dry eye syndrome get worse??
