For those who have had ear cartilage removed from the nasal tip, does the volume decrease after removing the ear cartilage? After removal, didn’t the empty space fill back in with scar tissue?
Almost all of the cartilage from both ears is in my nasal tip, so I’m thinking of removing half and leaving half, but I’m worried about what if scar tissue fills the space where it was removed and it doesn’t shrink.
