I'm planning to remove my nasal silicone implant.. It hasn't been five years yet.. They said my nose probably won't collapse or turn up, but because the nasal bone area was shaved down and the silicone has been pressing on it for five years, it will look lower and more spread out.. They said it won't go back to my original nose.. But they said they don't shave it in a way that creates a visible boundary with the side of the nose.. I can't imagine what I'll look like after taking it out.. If it just naturally looks low and spread out, I'd like to live with it since my original nose was like that too, but will the shaved bone look bumpy and obvious? When I look at removal reviews, most of them look okay... What should I doㅠㅠ..
