I went for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty, and for me, improving rhinitis was the top priority. After that, the next thing I wanted to improve was that the nasal tip from surgery 13 years ago? had drooped. Since I have a short nose, they explained how difficult this nose is, and they did not recommend rhinitis surgery. They said it probably would not have much effect. It was revision surgery, but they mentioned ear cartilage, and because I wanted to make a sturdy nose with costal cartilage, I passed. Other plastic surgery clinics also discouraged rhinitis surgery, but an ENT clinic said they could improve it, so I made a reservation there.
