It's been about 7 years since my first surgery. I had it done in Apgujeong.
Because I wanted something natural, I had buried sutures following my original double eyelid line. After the surgery, there was a slight mark from the stitches, but it wasn't noticeable. It became so natural that no one could tell I'd had surgery.
About two and a half years later, one side of the double eyelid came undone, and the crease became half gone, so I went back to the same hospital for revision surgery and had fat grafting to the eyelid area as well. Again, I had the line made a little thicker with buried sutures. My original eyes were a bit protruding and the upper eyelid area was somewhat hollow, and I think the fat grafting was a stroke of genius lol If I had only done the eyes, it probably would have shown more and come undone againㅠㅠ
After the revision, I have no surgical marks at all now. The fat also integrated very well, so I'm satisfied.
