<Before><Same day><1 week><3 weeks><1 month><3 months><6 months>I was bothered by my asymmetrical face shape, square jaw, and protruding lateral cheekbones, so through an app and searches, I worked hard going around for facial contouring consultations. Cookie was famous and I liked the review photos, so I went for a consultation, and as expected, the director immediately understood my concerns. On the CT as well, my bones were developed, and he said surgery would make things look much better, so I decided to have surgery. After the consultation and up until the day of surgery, it didn’t really feel real and I wasn’t nervous, but once I actually lay down on the operating table, fear hit me ㅠㅠㅠㅠ But soon I fell asleep lol~~! The surgery ended faster than I expected, and when I woke up from anesthesia, I suffered because it hurt... But thanks to the painkiller injections and the resident nurses, I was able to get through one day of hospitalization safely ㅠㅠ They were so kind ㅜㅜ At week 3, I also saw the CT comparing before and after surgery with the director, and I was really surprised that the bone size had changed!! haha I remember feeling so good because the before-and-after facial contouring change was clear, and they seemed to do it safely and definitely. People around me also complimented me saying my face got much smaller, and I had always been bothered by left-right asymmetry, but the asymmetry improvement got completely better too~ I’m 6 months after 2 types of facial contouring, cheekbones and square jaw. People say swelling continues to go down for over a year, but I think from around month 3, I could already open my mouth fully. I can wrap and eat really big ssam, and now there’s absolutely no discomfort~ The surgical scar near the sideburn area also seems to have become very faint now!! (It’ll get even fainter, right haha) Anyway, I feel like I’ve become very V-line, so I’m really happy~
