After functional nose surgery 4 years ago, I was unhappy that my nostrils looked large, so I went around for revision surgery consultations. I wanted surgery only to the extent of compromising with reality, with alar reduction and nostril lowering only, (lack of recovery time issue / I dislike noses that look obviously operated on) but several clinics said it would look prettier if I touched the nasal tip and that I needed full surgery.
