The hospital facilities are darker compared with other places. Silicone for the nasal bridge, autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip can be chosen. When I had consultations, everywhere looked at my CT and said my nose lacked cartilage, so they all recommended autologous costal cartilage. Here, the fact that I could choose between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage made me trust them less. Also, the director’s aesthetic sense seems lacking.. The consultant is kinder compared with other places.
