Because the cost was very low compared with other clinics. It was 6.5 million won for everything, but another clinic quoted 11 million;; It was a revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, so it was so cheap that I was actually taken aback. But the part that bothers me: they take it from the lower rib. > They said the upper rib is near the lungs, so general anesthesia is needed. But since we use sedation, they take the lower one.
