I thought it would be hard to go back and forth for follow-up visits, so I had my surgery at a local clinic and even had my revision surgery there, but in the end, I’m now going to need a third surgery.. The shape came out nicely and looks pretty, but I have a complication where my nose is turning upward. When I went to another hospital and got a CT scan, they said it was a completely old-style L-shaped silicone implant. Surgery really.. has to be decided after doing lots of online and in-person research at a place that’s known, through word of mouth, for being truly good
