Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Primary surgery) I got it done at ㅊㅇㅊㄹ, the peak of natural-looking results

After worrying for 7 years + only doing online research, I went for it with 2 months left before my wedding shoot.  I did it with the mindset that I wouldn’t regret it, and even if something went wrong, I’d just get revision surgery. After two days of in-person consultations, I visited 6 places. At first I was going to do ㅇㅂㅅ, but chose ㅊㅇㅊㄹ. The reasons I chose this place, even forfeiting the deposit at another clinic, were: 1. No pressure to write reviews, no review discount (the biggest reason!!!!) -> Even without a review discount, it wasn’t expensive. There aren’t many reviews, but since they don’t pressure you, unless there’s a problem, there’s no real reason to bother writing one. 2. Reasonable price (same price for card and cash) -> They use ear cartilage + silicone + septal cartilage, and exactly 3 million won was fine. Card and cash prices are the same! 3. No separate aftercare -> When you look at pricier or large clinics that use an entire building, they have aftercare like pumpkin juice or some kind of treatment, but I’d rather just buy pumpkin juice myself...^^ I was fine even without aftercare. 4. The consultant was very kind, and the doctor was kind of tsundere..? 5. If you want a naturally glamorous result, tell them you want glamorous. I said I didn’t want naturally glamorous and wanted it natural, so it turned out super natural. But I actually like it lol Since my wedding wasn’t far away, I was worried that if it was too high, the swelling wouldn’t go down well + worried problems might happen.. 6. They took camera photos from each angle, even took photos of my nasal bones, and compared everything down to the size of my septal cartilage while explaining it. Some places just take photos with an iPad lol This place was relatively professional. 7. If you want natural-looking results, definitely this place.. My requirements were to keep my original nose shape exactly the same + just increase the height, and that’s literally what happened. But I did want it a bit naturally glamorous, and they said I would’ve needed rib cartilage for that haha.. 8. They don’t block it with cotton. A thin fixation splint? They removed it right away the next day. Anyway, I did it in January, so now I’m 3 months post-op. My ear cartilage was small (I knew because my ears themselves are freaking tiny), and they said when they opened it up, my septal cartilage was thin too. I’d said I absolutely hated the idea of rib cartilage, so they used cartilage from both ears lololololololol Still, I liked that the doctor took care of things like that on their own. If they had only used one ear, I think it would’ve looked weird ㅠ Anyway, they said all my cartilage/bone structures were weak, so my nasal tip would probably drop a lot. For me, almost no one around me notices, but when I look at the before and after, I look human now~~~ Recently I went for a follow-up, and they said the nasal tip had dropped quite a lot. It is a bit disappointing, but they said since it’s not a side effect, if I get revision surgery, the chance of side effects would be higher, so I’m going to hold back..
