Male implant-free nose surgery + functional rhinoplasty + chin implant surgery review I underwent treatment for a deviated septum, rhinoplasty using implant-free autologous tissue, and a chin-tip implant surgery at the clinic. Since I’m a man, I wanted to avoid surgery that looked too obvious, and when I looked for a hospital that preferred safe surgery using as much autologous tissue as possible, this clinic seemed just right, so I chose it among the 5 places where I had consultations. Looking at the reviews, it seemed like they were good at both natural-looking and more glamorous results, so I felt like I only had to decide whether or not to put in silicone. First of all, I’m at the one-month follow-up, and I’m doing really well and very satisfied. Around weeks 2 and 3, I felt anxious because the swelling made my nose feel upturned, but it turned out to be a completely unnecessary worry. Now, it seems to have come out with the pretty nose shape I wanted from the start, while leaving just a very slight hump, so I’m extremely satisfied. The nasal tip is high, but the nasal bridge isn’t too flat, so I like that it looks like I had something done but also like I didn’t. And I’m also very satisfied because the surgery for my retruded chin was more effective than expected. I hadn’t even realized I had a retruded chin in everyday life, but as soon as I had the chin done, it turned out so well that I felt I really made the right decision, and my father likes it even more.
