It has already been one month since I had nose surgery at the plastic surgery clinic! My nose was low + had a hump (almost no glabella area...).. Since it was my first nose surgery, I looked around a lot online, and after seeing the clinic’s reviews, I felt like the director’s aesthetic sense was really good, so I got hooked and booked a consultation right away!! It’s a one-doctor clinic and the schedule was a bit backed up, so I made the appointment for two weeks later, but they contacted me when there was a cancellation, so I was able to move it up and go sooner! haha I had to go back to work soon after surgery, so I wanted to do it as quickly as possible, and I was so grateful that they accommodated my schedule so well ㅠㅠ Unlike other clinics, the consultation was also done very kindly in such a comfortable atmosphere, so it was nice that I could comfortably ask about my concerns and anything I was curious about! There was a same-day booking discount, but they never pressured me to book, and they absolutely did not pressure me into any additional procedures either. I had actually been considering alar reduction, but they said it would be okay to think about it after nose surgery, so I didn’t do it for now, and I’m so satisfied!! Thank you, Manager Han-gyeol. And the consultation with Director Kim Da-alm! I haven’t been to that many plastic surgery clinics, but he was truly so kind, and he pinpointed a shape that would suit my face exactly during the consultation!! For someone indecisive like me, it was so good. He clearly told me what was possible and what wasn’t, so it was easy to decide! I had some resistance toward silicone, but the clinic uses a custom implant, Inofit, so I could shape it while looking at my face in 3D, which made me worry less and was really great! The director makes and shows everything from 2 mm to 6 mm in 0.5 mm increments.. amazing... After surgery, before swelling set in, they also showed me photos taken immediately after the surgery. While I had the splint on, I didn’t spiral mentally at all; instead, I kept looking at those photos and feeling satisfied, and my heart kept fluttering until the splint came off. And they removed the nasal packing after just one day, so I was truly. so. happy. The staff who removed the packing and stitches were also really so kind.. They did it thoroughly and carefully so it didn’t hurt ㅠㅠ (At one month post-op, the columella scar that I was most worried about is almost? gone.) From the day of surgery through follow-up visits, I always saw the director, and I thought all clinics were like that, but apparently many aren’t!! I really liked that part! After surgery, whenever I was worried because of swelling or things like that, even when I contacted the manager, she replied so kindly and told me to contact her comfortably anytime if I felt anxious, which was really nice! From about one week after removing the splint, it felt like the major swelling went down quickly, and people around me said that if I didn’t tell them, they wouldn’t know I had surgery and that it turned out so naturally, so I am very, very, very satisfied right now! I feel happy every time I look in the mirror ㅠㅠ Thank you, Director Kim Da-alm, my second father!
