After two long days of consultations, I finally decided on the hospital for my 4th nose surgery First, I’m in a condition where I need major surgery for a deviated nose and lowering of the columella. I did hear that the risk is high because I’ve already had many nose surgeries before, but I still can’t keep living with my current nose, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery one last time. During the consultation, I asked what kinds of difficult nose surgeries they had done, and I decided on the place with the most experience. I like a straight-to-slightly-curved nose, but I also don’t want it to look too flashy, and I like a rounded feeling at the nasal tip too, so I checked one by one whether they could preserve that kind of look, and how they would operate on the pinched nostril area, since it stays the same no matter how many surgeries I have, before deciding. I think most people who prefer private clinics do so because they dislike factory-style surgery. This place had the merits of being a private clinic + usually doing only one surgery a day, and since the doctor mainly does functional and cosmetic revision rhinoplasty, I felt during the consultation that they seemed to have that much experience, so I decided. I decided on the surgery before it gets too hot, and this time I really hope it succeeds and I can come back..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
