미또링 Seems like it depends on the person. Swelling really is ㅜ My friend and I did it on the same day and it’s been a month. I go on walks every day, but she literally stays home and hasn’t gone on a single walk. But her swelling has gone down way more ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
