After agonizing over it for a long time, I finally ended up getting rhinoplasty. I had a low and short nose, and it’s day 3 after getting nose surgery with septal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone. Today I had the cotton packing removed from my nose. I still can’t really tell because the splint is on.. but does the overall line or nose length look a bit longer, or does it seem like it turned out well?
