I’ll write this honestly. First of all, my big mistake of not looking into it properly played a part. Honestly, I didn’t think facial fat grafting depended heavily on surgical skill, and I heard this clinic was famous for facial fat grafting, so I didn’t even have a consultation and just set a surgery date and went ahead with the surgery. During the consultation, the manager tends to recommend quite a few things. It wasn’t like, “If you do this too, it might be good,” even though I didn’t want to; it was more like, “You can just do this,” as if the procedure would automatically be added.... The doctor’s consultation also wasn’t sufficient, and the design was just roughly scribbled on....and done lololol My forehead is somewhat sunken, so when I asked them to make it nicely rounded, the doctor shook their head no and said, “I’ll take care of it^^,” so I had expectations haha Right after surgery, when I looked in the mirror, there was no roundness from the side lolol The sunken area above my eyebrows was my biggest stress, so I specifically asked them to fill that area well, but the result looked like they ignored it haha In the end.....by the day my stitches were removed, it already looked very similar to my forehead before surgery hahaha The mental stress was terrible, it was physically hard too, and because of the fat taken from my abdomen, it was extremely uncomfortable and I bruised a lot.... If someone saw me, they’d think I had full abdominal liposuction haha It seemed like the amount of fat taken from my abdomen wasn’t enough to require a compression garment, but whether it was a sales tactic lolol, it was only 10,000 won, yet they pushed me to pay the extra cost!!! Even on the day my stitches were removed, there was no follow-up with the director; the manager just glanced at my face in the waiting room and that was it lolol. And because there was asymmetry in the anterior cheekbone and side cheek, I asked about it. They had said they would check it properly on the day of stitch removal, but then they just stood in the waiting room, looked casually, and said, “Even to me, the asymmetry is clearly visible,” while saying it was swelling so I shouldn’t worry lolol The atmosphere was like, if the surgery goes wrong it’s my fault, and if it goes well it’s the hospital’s credit. In the end, I had paid through the second session, but since my trust was gone, even if I took a loss, I only kept the first session and got a refund for the second. Because it was obvious that if I waited until then and had surgery again, I’d cross a point of no return. When I complained that I couldn’t even see the director on the day my stitches were removed, they said the director was busy lolol. Looking at other reviews, I wasn’t the only one^^ They just seem to see people only as money, don’t even work hard, and don’t look responsible. When I told the manager that there was no roundness and it looked bumpy and sunken, they only told me not to lose weight and to gain weight...;; I didn’t lose weight, and actually gained about 1 kg... And in the first place, they should have done the surgery beautifully, so I question why I have to gain weight to create my forehead after paying for surgery...... What I’m most dissatisfied with is that they keep making excuses for their own mistakes. The facilities also looked a bit old, and the staff weren’t particularly kind either. In many ways, I didn’t even want to give one star. In the end, I searched everywhere for other hospitals, but because of this complete failure, I have to wait 3 to 6 months for revision surgery..... Anyway, this is a hospital that will never be part of my life again!!!!
