On the day of surgery, I filled up on nutrients with a drink? called New Care, and I alternated between water and New Care, attaching them to a syringe tube, putting it in my mouth, and drinking. On the first day, when I was discharged, the nurse said it was okay to eat something like castella soaked in milk or water, so I tried, but my mouth wouldn’t open, so I gave up. My father bought abalone porridge and pumpkin porridge from Bonjuk, so I blended the porridge again in a blender and ground it as finely as possible to eat it On the second day, I tried making thin rice gruel at home, put it in a LocknLock container, and the three powders I had ordered online on the day of surgery, which were supposed to be good for bones, arrived: spinach powder, banana powder, and safflower seed powder. I just poured all three powders into the thin gruel, mixed it, and slurped it down.. And I also mixed the yam-containing multigrain powder I had bought the day before surgery with milk and slurped it down with a teaspoon. The third day was the same. I mixed spinach, banana, and safflower seed powder into thin gruel and ate it, blended abalone porridge and drank it, and blended pumpkin porridge again and drank that too.. In the evening, after going for a walk, I had a plum chiller? smoothie from McDonald’s. They say plum is good for swelling Of course, I hurried through the drive-thru.. because I didn’t have the confidence to face the counter head-on Now on the fourth day, I made another yogurt smoothie and am mixing spinach, banana, and safflower seed powder into this too The smell of the spinach powder makes me feel like I’m going to gag, ugh. I’m wondering if I should try buying snacks Would that be possible Ugh Everyone, please share what you ate~~ I also finished orthodontic treatment about 1-2 years ago, so I have to take my orthodontic retainer in and out, but my mouth won’t open, so I can’t put it in I’m worried my teeth might shift too, sigh.
