Two-month review after 3-part facial contouring

(I also had my nose done, but I’ll leave the nose out of this.) I’m now entering my second month after 3-part facial contouring surgery. Honestly, this isn’t much of a review, but there are a few things I wanted to share, so I’m writing this. I don’t seem to have any side effects, and when I look at photos I took before surgery with my hair tied tightly back to compare with after surgery, I really feel that my line has become softer. But there are so many posts here and there that feel like ads, and I also decided on surgery just by reading posts, so I’m writing this in case it might help! First, even though I’m at two months, my mouth still doesn’t open wide, so it’s uncomfortable. Yesterday I tried to put sushi in my mouth, but it wouldn’t fit. And if you have even a little facial fat, make sure to diet hard before getting surgery. I had a lot of facial fat, and after surgery, because of this fat, the surgical effect looks less noticeable. Definitely lose it before surgery! Also, some people say they ate rice after only one or two weeks, but that’s all lies... Even the hospital recommends a liquid diet for 2 months if you have cheekbone surgery. I ate rice after a month and a half (I got sick of porridge), but even then I couldn’t chew it and just swallowed it. After that, I gradually got better at eating, so now I do eat meat, but hard or tough foods are still difficult. And what I most want to talk about is swelling.. When I first had my consultation with the consultant, she said major swelling would last 2 weeks and minor swelling would last 2 months. She said some people return to daily life after 2 weeks.. There may be people like that, but I think that’s really an extremely small minority, or people who are pretty even with swelling and are very thin with a naturally slim facial structure. I’m just average, and my swelling goes down at an average pace, but for real, I still have swelling around my cheekbones, and every morning I swell tremendously, so I roll up three blankets and sleep leaning against them, almost like I’m sleeping sitting up lol I haven’t seen the consultant since the consultation, and while going in to have my stitches removed, I asked the person who removed them. There, they said major swelling lasts 2 months and minor swelling lasts 6 months to 1 year, so I thought, ah, I was caught off guard.. Of course, I quit my job before getting it done, so it didn’t matter for me, but I think it would be a problem for people who keep working.. I think it may be better to just skip posts saying things like they went back to work after a week without any issues... At first when I got the surgery, I thought, let’s spend some money and get pretty easily! But even after facial contouring surgery, the fact seems to be that the cheek fat comes down anyway, so you have to diet and lose it through effort, sob​
