My eyes aren’t small, but the horizontal length is short, so they always looked a bit stuffy, and I had always thought I wanted lateral canthoplasty! I had heard that lateral canthoplasty in particular has many possible side effects, so I thought I should be careful. I searched a lot of clinics, and because this one said they use a non-incisional 3-way method, I chose this clinic! The doctor personally explained the surgical method and gave a thorough consultation about how my eyes would look and so on, so I felt I could trust them. After the consultation, I had the surgery exactly one week later! On the first day, as the anesthesia wore off, the surgical area stung, and around the third day I developed conjunctival edema, but it disappeared right after the stitches were removed! It’s been about a month since the surgery, and although my eyes didn’t dramatically become huge, they look more open and refreshed, so I’m very satisfied! I’m posting this review in the hope that it helps anyone considering lateral canthoplasty!
