The director touched my nose and showed me the line with a cotton swab. I liked that he pursued a very natural look. He also explained things in detail, and because my skin is thin, he didn’t recommend silicone, which I liked. However, when I said my nostril wings seemed large, he immediately said we should do alar reduction together too, so I felt a bit reluctant. Alar reduction may be something doctors view differently aesthetically, but anyway... Also, there was no CT, so it was a bit disappointing that they said they would only know once they opened it during surgery.
