Male implant-free hump nose and droopy-tip nose, 1 month post-op

It has been 1 month since I had implant-free rhinoplasty using autologous tissue + (ear cartilage, septal cartilage) + surgery for a long nose, droopy-tip nose, and hump nose. Whenever I took photos, I was always bothered by my low nasal tip, so for a long time I only thought to myself, “I should get surgery someday~” Then this year, 2025, I finally made up my mind and had surgery. While looking into hospitals, I came across many posts about various surgical materials, side effects, and revision surgery, and I kept hesitating. I thought I should have just lived with the appearance I had instead of getting surgery, but now that I think about it after surgery, my complex has improved naturally without looking obvious, so I think I made the right decision. I went in person for consultations at about 13 hospitals in total, listened to various explanations, studied a lot, and chose the hospital carefully. The reason I decided to have surgery with Director Kim Da-alm at Obliv Plastic Surgery is that, while going to 13 places, the materials and surgical methods were so different that I was really confused, but the explanation about facial proportions when osteotomy is done, which none of the 13 hospitals had mentioned even once, and the way he explained how only the necessary areas could be improved without overdoing it, became the final deciding factor for me.
