The director explained things very kindly. I read reviews from people with implant-free rhinoplasty, crooked noses, drooping-tip noses, and hump noses, and it seemed like a clinic that does natural-looking work well, so I waited for a consultation, booked it, and went. It was disappointing that they don’t do functional rhinoplasty separately and only do cosmetic work.. I wanted surgery to improve my crooked nose too while addressing my hump nose and drooping-tip nose, but they said my nose isn’t so much crooked as my whole facial axis is asymmetrical, so crooked-nose improvement would only be possible to the extent of creating an optical illusion. For the cosmetic aspect of the nose, they really shaped it naturally and beautifully, so I liked the cosmetic plan a lot! They said they would only slightly rasp down the hump and keep the high nasal bridge, and I really liked that part.
