Wait time - about 5 minutes / The director assessed my current eyes, recommended only what was necessary, and explained kindly. I asked all the questions I had prepared, and the answers were explained in a way that was easy to understand. I especially liked the line the director created for me. The manager was also really nice. They slowly explained even the parts I had forgotten to ask about, and the consultation was thorough, with notes being taken carefully!
