5-year update on eye surgery (got it done)

Right after my senior year of high school ended, around this time in December to January, I had double eyelid surgery. During my senior year in the middle of class, one of my friends suddenly showed up wearing an eye patch, and I was wondering what happened, but it turned out she had double eyelid surgery. After some time passed, it became so natural that it didn't look obvious at all, so I asked about it and got it done tooㅋㅋㅋ And when I got to university, I came out and told people I had had double eyelid surgery, and an older sister I know had it done there too...ㅋㅋㅋ Now it's already almost 5 years since I had it... Before the surgery, my eyes were long, so the friends around me used to say they were jealous of my eye shape... They said I didn't even need inner corner surgery and that my eyes were long and slender...(At the time I didn't know what that meant) During the consultation, I asked them to make it outward like Han Ji-min's eyes, and they said if it was made too high, it could look very obvious, but once it settled, nobody recognized that I'd had double eyelid surgery for 5 years... (This feels surprisingly satisfyingㅋㅋㅋ I really like the feeling... There are lots of people around me who had their eyes done too, but even they couldn't tell..) But because of my personality, I didn't want to hide it as if I hadn't done it, so when I came out and told people, they were all surprisedㅠㅠㅎㅎ If I had to give one tip, eye surgery methods can vary by hospital, but generally, I think the most important thing is to do it in a way that suits your own eye shape and form.. And for those thinking about inner and outer corner surgery... some friends have scars or obvious signs like 'I had inner corner surgery + incision,' while a close friend had both corners widened and it barely showed at all.. I hope you look at photos of the hospital you want and find one where scars don't remain~ And unless you have a lot of fat in the eyes or very thick eyelids, it seems like buried stitches are much more natural-looking than incision! For those worried it might loosen, there is also the double buried stitch (double eyelid buried stitch) method! I had a line before my double eyelid surgery, but it was folded into 3 or 4 layers like wrinkles, so I did it because I already had a line. I was worried that if it was buried and then came undone, what would happen, but for the past 5 years, that worry was completely unnecessary! In fact, I saw 2 friends whose incision surgery loosened anyway..(case by case, of course) Anyway, I think the success of eye plastic surgery is not being too greedy and making it look as natural as possible like your own eyes... So I'm satisfied and living well!!! :))
