I’m on day 27 after transaxillary Motiva surgery. I was torn between shape and feel, but I prioritized feel more, so I chose Motiva. My rib cage is 68, and I asked them to make it as large as possible for my body, so they put in 280 cc on both sides. The size comes out to a C cup, and the feel is getting much softer now as the breast swelling goes down. I think I made the right choice with Motiva. Also, because I have keloid-prone skin, I did the transaxillary approach, and I also had accessory breast tissue removed, so I still have a lot of armpit swelling ㅠㅠ At first I wasn’t wearing a compression bra, but the inframammary folds didn’t match, so now I’m wearing a compression bra. Once it’s been a month, I’m going for scar laser treatment haha.
