Having very small breasts was honestly really stressful for me. Around 2013, when I was getting under-eye fat grafting at another plastic surgery clinic, I asked if they happened to know which places were good at breast augmentation among doctors. They said they knew how to do it too, but if I really wanted to get it done at another plastic surgery clinic... they recommended several places... (ㅂㄹ, ㅇㄷ, ㅂㅈㅅ, ㅂ, etc... there were a few more, but I don’t remember...)
Among those, I went to ㅂㅈㅅ Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong and had surgery. I had textured 260 cc implants placed through an inframammary incision, and went from 70AA ▶ a full 70C hehe
Honestlyㅠㅠ this place is a bit more expensive compared with other clinics, but they were good with aftercare and paid a lot of attention to me lol Especially scar care, checking if anything felt uncomfortable... the clinic really took care of those things. Of course, since the director has been doing breast surgery for over 10 years, I just felt comfortable entrusting my body to them for the surgery.
I have no side effects. The pain was a little severe for me! I struggled for about 15 days.ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Pain really differs from person to person; even people who had surgery at the same clinic were walking around totally fine right away... I couldn’t do that thoughㅠㅡㅠ sob
It’s better not to expect too much in terms of how natural they feel to the touch.. If you naturally have some breast tissue, then with implants it probably won’t be that noticeable when touched, but as you can see in the photos... I had so little breast tissue to begin with..ㅠㅠ so it is noticeable to the touch..
Anyway... now, 2 years and 7 months after surgery, I’m living very satisfied. However, for the scars, they do often try to do laser treatment there... but I got lazy from the beginning and didn’t really go. How much scarring remains and how much pain there is differ by person, so please keep that in mind if you’re getting breast augmentation!
The first and second photos were taken when I was an AA cup.. I remember the third photo was taken around 2-3 weeks after surgery? The fourth photo was when I was entering the 6-month mark, and the fifth was taken in real time now hehe For the sixth, I’m also uploading a scar photo taken in real time.. Laser treatment is a hassle, but.. I guess I should go soonㅠㅠㅠ This laziness of mine... I think it’s been over half a year since I went to the clinic lol
I thought about getting it done elsewhere with stem cells, but after looking into it, the risks seemed severe, to the point that once a side effect happens it can’t be reversed, so I chose implants instead.
Ah, for reference, when I first visited, I originally wanted teardrop-shaped implants, so I told the director, and what they said was.. To be honest, for you, just textured implants would be natural enough, and teardrop implants would only cost more, so they told me to just do textured lol I remember trusting them even more because they considered my finances and gave an honest answer +_~..
