It's been 3 weeks for my double chin and 2 weeks for my abdomen and arms. First of all, the double chin liposuction didn't hurt at all. My abdomen and arms hurt so badly for about 3 or 4 days that I really thought I was going to die ㅜㅜㅜㅜ And at first the double chin seemed effective, but after a week passed, I got depressed because it felt like there was more fat than before the surgery and it looked saggy, but after getting radiofrequency treatment in week 2, it suddenly tightened up I think it'll get even better if I get more radiofrequency and as time passes
For my abdomen and arms, my budget was limited and I got liposuction more as a way to get help with my body rather than to become some kind of body goddess, so I had it done at a cheap place. It wasn't mini liposuction, but I don't think they removed that much either. I'm 160.53, and for arms plus abdomen they took out 2000 cc.. Even with liposuction, diet is what matters ㅠㅠㅠㅠ At first after the liposuction I ate as usual, but because I couldn't see any change, the clinic prescribed appetite suppressants and obesity medication, and after taking them and starving myself, the effect became visible. It definitely got thinner, the back bulge disappeared completely, and my belly is flat now. But I'm still not satisfied with the shoulder fat and waist area. I'm planning to diet for a month while taking appetite suppressants and to start PT. I haven't gotten radiofrequency for the abdomen and arms yet, but it'll probably get better if I do tomorrow, right? It's day 16 now and only now does it seem like it's starting to harden a little
For now, I can at least recommend liposuction surgery. But seriously, even if you get liposuction, you still have to diet!!!!!!
