Can’t I do medial epicanthoplasty restoration + revision double-eyelid surgery at the same time?? I just came back from a consultation, and the consultation itself was really good, but they said I have to do them separately, so I’m feeling discouraged… I’m a working adult who has to make up my mind even for one surgery, but two surgeries… If anyone here has had restoration and revision double-eyelid surgery done together, please share your clinic review too…!

But I think there’s probably a reason they’re recommending doing them separately. The doctor would also prefer doing everything at once if possible, so if they’re specifically advising against it, isn’t it because they really need to be done separately?

Usually they do them together too. But you definitely need to check the condition of the scar tissue!

I guess there are cases where they have to be done separately. I did get them together. I had my revision done at a clinic, so you can use that as reference.

[@] Was it non-incisional by any chance?? They say non-incisional can be done together, but it seems like incisional isn’t done together that often! Were the restoration and revision results okay at that clinic??
