I'm 5 months post under-eye fat repositioning now, and it feels like fat is gradually filling back in under my eyes. My dark circles didn't improve at all either... I didn't get separate under-eye fat grafting, just under-eye fat repositioning, but does this happen...? It feels like my under-eyes are slowly going back to how they used to be
