Because the columella was long, the philtrum also looked too short, so it had a somewhat stuffy-looking feel I had originally heard a lot of negative things about nose surgery, so I had firmly decided I would never do it, but columella surgery doesn’t involve inserting anything or shaving anything down, and it seemed like just a simple surgery with not much chance of side effects, so I ended up doing it As a result, I’m very satisfied After the surgery, even my family had no idea I had surgery, and I think it was good that I reduced it naturally without being greedy Before surgery, there were so few reviews of columella reduction surgery that I was a bit anxious, but I hope this helps anyone considering the surgery
