About 5 years ago, I first had double-eyelid surgery with a partial incision. I had it done at a small local plastic surgery clinic, and although there was some scarring, I often heard that my eyes were pretty, but after a long time, it came undone lol So I had revision surgery the summer before last, but it was completely botched. I didn’t know epicanthoplasty was such a major surgery. It completely changed my entire impression, and even when I complained to the doctor that my double eyelids were too uneven, he said it was swelling and told me to wait... I’m now looking into a third surgery. For those planning double-eyelid surgery, really make sure to visit many clinics, and if the distance between your eyes isn’t severely wide, don’t get epicanthoplasty....
