I went for a consultation about non-implant rhinoplasty. The conclusion came out cleanly as nasal tip + nasolabial angle correction + columella correction, exactly like that. The director used the CT scan to make 3D modeling and explained the surgical method visually, which was good. It was good that they understood exactly what I wanted and said it was possible, and they said unnecessary osteotomy or nostril reduction didn’t seem needed in their view, so I trusted them more. They were also full of confidence. But there aren’t many surgery reviews, and a few are very negative reviews, so I’m debating..
