He spoke to me in a way that made me rethink the surgery, and regarding what I wanted (=because my nose looks a bit big, I wanted it to look smaller), he told me that even with rhinoplasty, it would be difficult to make the nose look smaller. I felt there was a difference from clinics that just blindly say to put in silicone and raise the nasal tip. If you think your nose is not easy, I think it would be good to stop by once, clearly tell the doctor your exact needs, and get a consultation!
