Indentation after revision nose surgery (artificial dermis)

I had revision surgery to lower the nasal tip implant, but an indentation occurred only on one side of the nasal dorsum. (last photo) They said that area could be filled with artificial dermis, so I had revision surgery again. It has now been about 2 weeks since the most recent revision surgery where dermis was placed, and these are photos 1 and 2. The dermis has not settled yet, so the area covered with dermis is bulging out, but underneath it is indented. The hospital says it will get better with time and that we should wait one or two months, but is there anyone like me? [Question] 1. The area covered with artificial dermis is bulging out. Will it be absorbed and settle flat? 2. Will the flesh fill back in where the indentation underneath formed? I’d appreciate personal opinions from people with experience or experts! I’m so stressed and having such a hard timeㅠㅠㅠ
