More than anything, I liked the nose before-and-after photos, but even though this would be my first surgery, it was about 2 million won more expensive than other places, so I’m going to do it somewhere else Also, they specialize in autologous costal cartilage, so using autologous costal cartilage for a first surgery feels a bit burdensome If it were a revision surgery, I think I definitely would have done it here
