I had a consultation with the director. I had seen many complaints online saying people left without a consultation with the director, so this was a sensitive issue for me. Fortunately, after a consultation with the manager, I had a consultation with the director about 10 minutes later. My concern was that when looking from the front, my nostrils were visible, and while consulting, I learned for the first time that the reason was largely because the columella had dropped and the alar rims had risen.~~ When I showed celebrity photos, they recommended various surgeries to achieve the ideal nose shape. Up until now, I had only had a vague idea about improving a pig nose, but after hearing the clinic’s explanation, I was glad to have things organized theoretically. I am considering getting alar reduction here.^^;;~~ For reference, the manager also seemed experienced. She explained the things I was curious about without hesitation, and seemed confident in the director’s surgical results. I haven’t had surgery yet, so a recommendation does not mean much, but I definitely recommend the consultation.~~~
